Description:
Objective of hiring: This bidding process aims to select a general contractor to execute the work of architecture, engineering and furniture in accordance with the provisions of these bases and their respective annexes. The project contemplates remodeling, Adecuacion and integral improvement of the interior spaces of the Integral Support Space (EAI) of Riobamba, with the purpose of optimizing the use of available space and guaranteeing safe, functional and adequate environments for the provision of services aimed at children and adolescents. The scope includes The execution of civil works, technical facilities and fixed furniture assembly, in existing interior spaces. All activities must be executed in accordance with the technical documentation, local and international regulations and guidelines of UNICEF.
