- DEADLINE EXTENSION: New deadline for submission of proposals: Monday, October 20, 2025 until 16:00 PM Quito Ecuador time (GMT -5.00) UNICEF Ecuador seeks to monitor compliance with the International Code of Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes (CICSLM) through the application of the NetCode toolkit11 (monitoring the marketing of breast-milk substitutes: protocol for ongoing monitoring systems), in order to evaluate the commercial and promotional practices that affect breastfeeding in four cities in Ecuador (Quito, Guayaquil, Cuenca and Lago Agrio), in order to generate evidence that strengthens the analysis and generation of policies and protection actions in favor of breastfeeding in the country. Specific objectives: 1.
