- The United Nations Development Program in Ecuador, within the framework of the 01001592 project: Ecuador Verde, invites legal persons to participate in the contest: application for proposal UNDP-EC-00729-"Design a national value offer for sustainable investment." The proposal must be presented in separate files. For this purpose, we ask you to use and fill out the shared forms. It is requested not to include the economic proposal in the sections or documents of the technical offer, since its offer will be rejected. Your proposal must be submitted until 7:00 p.m. (New York Time) of August 21, 2025, in the Quantum system. (Http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org) Informative Meeting: August 8 through the Zoom Platform: https://undp.zoom.us/j/8897778903?pwd=MRFBWUO9ribbp3DVJARDPHVRJM7KIP.1 The consultations to the process must be sent through the process of the quantum messaging system until August 13, 2025. Any delay in the UNDP response may not be used as a reason to expand the presentation period, unless the UNDP decides that it considers this extension necessary and communicate a new deadline to the Applicants.
