Description:
GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Develop, validate and implement a comprehensive and sustainable model of psychosocial accompaniment aimed at teachers and professionals from the Departments of Student Counseling (DECE), focused on emergency and violence contexts, with emphasis on mental health and emotional well -beingto strengthen its pedagogical role and guarantee a protective educational environment in coordination with the Ministry of Education. Specific objectives: develop and validate a national management model for psychosocial accompaniment to teachers and professionals of the DECE that involvesValidation workshops in 3 prioritized provinces (Esmeraldas, Lake Agrio and Pichincha). Develop a replicable psychosocial accompaniment methodology aimed at teachers and professionals from the DECE, which includes a structured guide of 30 work sessions and support materialcorresponding. Implement a pilot process in the city of Lake Agrio with 10 sessions of face -to -face psychosocial accompaniment to 125 teachers and 20 professionals from the DECE, to validate the methodological proposal. In this piloting, the delivery of support materials will also be considered. ElaborateA participatory mapping of mental health services available in the cities of Esmeraldas, Manta and Lago Agrio. Implementation of the psychosocial accompaniment process with 900 teachers and professionals from the DECE of the cities of Esmeraldas and Lago Agrio (450 in eachterritory).
