• Description:
• General objective: Establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) with a specialized company for the comprehensive provision of the passive archive service of UNICEF Ecuador, which guarantees adequate classification, conservation, custody, digitization and access controlled institutional documentation, in accordance with the standards of document management, transparency and information security established by UNICEF and current national regulations. Specific objectives: Implement a classification system and organization of the passive archive that facilitates the location, control and monitoring of institutional documents, in accordance with archiving and document management standards. Develop a process of progressive digitization of the most important documents relevant, in order to preserve information (Programs, Operations and PFP), optimize physical space and facilitate secure access to files. Guarantee the conservation and security of the physical file, through appropriate storage conditions. storage (cleaning, ventilation, humidity control and security), which prevent deterioration or loss of information. Ensure the timely availability and responsible use of information, establishing controlled access protocols that prevent leaks or improper manipulations of institutional documents.
