Description:
Objective of hiring: establishing a long -term agreement (LTA, Long Termerment) with one or more organizations specialized in support for mental health and psychoeducational accompaniment to UNICEF staff in Ecuador. Under the supervision of the officer of People and Culture, the specialists Designated by the contracted entity they will offer accompaniment and support from their specialty, depending on the needs of the personnel and within the framework of the Office's Welfare Program. Expected Services: Individual Sessions: Determine the frame with the person and establish a plan of Accompaniment of being necessary with concrete actions. Group sessions: Determine the framing with the equipment/area and establish an accompaniment plan to be necessary with concrete actions. FACILITIES: Facilitate Ad-Hoc sessions open for the entire staff on the topics related to well-being and mental health.comunications: initiatives and/or communication products on better Practices regarding Welfare among UNICEF staff and care of health mental.
