Process purpose: public and promotional event organization service for youth projects and integral strengthening of SPCyCS-SCT
Purchase: Service
Strengthening Integral of the Citizen Participation and Social Control System will be carried out through the inclusive fair procedure, as provided in the RGLOSCPP, with the purpose of executing the district cultural show of recognition of young people and the popular council Quito. It will allow to strengthen citizen participation, recognize the contribution of young people and promote community meeting spaces. It promotes the intervention of micro and small producers, artisans and organizations of the popular and solidarity economy, contributing to the development Economic and social of the Metropolitan District of Quito, guaranteeing transparency, inclusion and social co -responsibility in public procurement.
