• RECRUITMENT OBJECTIVEDevelop and validate with the MSP a technical document (methodological guide) that establishes a methodology of continuous improvement cycles with emphasis on early childhood services at the first level of care (prioritized package of services), as well as developing territorial training and training at the central level, to guarantee its appropriation by the MSP actors at both the central and territorial levels. MAIN ACTIVITIES Prepare a work plan, which understand schedule, coordination and validation methodology. Design and write the technical document-guide for continuous improvement cycles with a focus on early childhood, including operational tools/templates. Carry out technical validation with the MSP and incorporate observations in the final version of the document. Plan and execute territorial training and one at the central level, aimed at MSP actors and local territorial actors located in the province of Chimborazo to carry out the methodology transfer.
