- The United Nations Development Program in Ecuador, within the framework of Project 00126368 GEF GOLD+ Ecuador: Promote the formalization and use of better alluvial and hard rock mining techniques, to reduce the use of mercury and improve the access to responsible markets, invites legal entities to participate in the competition: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL UNDP-ECU-00870 Strengthening ASMOs through the progressive implementation of the CRAFT Code as a formalization tool in the framework of the planetGOLD Ecuador projectThe Proposal must be submitted in separate files. For this purpose, we ask you to use and fill out the shared forms. It is requested not to include the economic proposal in the sections or documents of the offer technique, since your offer will be rejected. Your Proposal must be submitted until 1:00 p.m. (Ecuador time) on Friday, March 13, 2026, in the QUANTUM system.
